repossession sales are the best place to find good quality, newer models at much lower prices than at a dealership.

1. Use online RV auction services to help you locate potential motorhomes to buy and auctions near you. You can call local lenders and auction agencies to ask about information for these auctions that are usually not well advertised, but it is simpler and faster to become a member of a website instead. Most require a fee but are worth the money.

2. Get all the auction procedure and policies well in advance so you are prepared for the
auction. Register to bid early and have the money available in an accepted type of payment.
Know beforehand how much you will be expected to put down as a deposit and how soon the
remainder will need to be paid.

3. When you are looking at RVs to purchase through RV repossession sales, stick to
ones in good condition that do not need a lot of attention. Check that all the systems are
functioning correctly, the appliances all work properly, and the upholstery looks like new.

5. Consider going to a live auction without planning on bidding to see what it is like and get a
feel for the atmosphere, procedures and prices. Just casually checking out an auction can help you become more comfortable purchasing motorhomes this way, give you a feel for how it is done and an idea of how high the prices tend to go.
